Project: Biofacts Curator and preparator, Safari West, Santa Rosa
Bio: Kirsten is currently the Research Librarian and Biofacts Curator at Safari West. Her experience as a massage therapist (more than 3 decades now) led her to a deep dive into osteology. She is currently responsible for collecting and preparing skeletal remains of animals at Safari West. The osteology collection is available for students and instructors to study. Her interest is comparative osteology and creating materials to make it easier for scientists to do science.
