burn overview

Hěde oḱo hedem ḱaw ya-paǐ-to něs: this day this land/place/time we talk is about our community-accountable research with the Flicker InterTribal Ecological Restoration crew, in which aspects of applied Traditional Ecological Knowledge and practice are highlighted in the relationships between wénném sa, Tribal archaeology, and forest management techniques. Together, our coalition is researching these issues in California and they are part of how our partnership supports restorative justice.
